Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
By sending an email to BillDrop or connecting your Google account to it, you agree to these terms.
The service
BillDrop receives invoices you email to it, extracts their details with AI, saves the files to your Google Drive and logs them in a Google Sheet. BillDrop is provided free of charge.
Your responsibilities
- Send only documents you have the right to share with BillDrop.
- Do not use BillDrop to send spam, malware, or unlawful content, or to disrupt the service.
- Check important figures against the original invoice. BillDrop extracts data automatically and can make mistakes.
Your data
You own your invoices and the files BillDrop creates in your Drive. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data.
No warranty
BillDrop is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available, error-free, or that extracted data will be accurate. BillDrop is not accounting or tax advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, BillDrop is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, revenue or profit arising from your use of the service.
Ending the service
You can stop using BillDrop at any time by revoking its access in your Google account permissions. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we may change or shut down the service. If we shut it down, files already in your Drive stay there.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use BillDrop after a change means you accept the new terms.
